Henry John Wiedmeyer Motorcycle Accident: 26-year-old Henry John Wiedmeyer Dies In fatal El Paso Motorcycle Crash

In the aftermath of last night’s collision between a motorcyclist and a semi-truck, El Paso Police’s Special Traffic Investigators are actively probing the incident.

Authorities have officially identified the victim as 26-year-old Henry John Wiedmeyer.

According to the latest statement from law enforcement, officers received notification of the crash, involving a motorcycle and a semi-truck, late Tuesday night, just before midnight.

The driver of the semi-truck, 50-year-old Arturo Huereque, has been named by police.

Initial reports indicate that Huereque was maneuvering a semi-truck, hauling a 53-foot trailer, and traveling eastbound on I-10. He began decelerating due to a traffic accident ahead.

Law enforcement officials revealed that as the semi-truck slowed its pace, Wiedmeyer, also heading east on I-10 on his motorcycle, was unable to brake in time, colliding with the rear of the semi-trailer.

Authorities have stated that Wiedmeyer was operating his motorcycle at a considerable speed and succumbed to his injuries at the crash site.

Feel free to drop condolence messages and prayers for the family and friends of the deceased, as it will go a very long way at this difficult time of theirs.
