Elizabeth Hackett Car Accident; 58 Years Old Muscatine Woman, Elizabeth Hackett Passes Away In Saturday UTV Crash With Deer
Following a collision with a deer on Saturday night, the name of the deceased woman has been confirmed by the Iowa State Patrol.
At the scene, Elizabeth A. Hackett, 58, a resident of Muscatine, was declared deceased. Shortly after 8 p.m., something happened on Burlington Road in Muscatine.
Three people were sent to the University of Iowa Hospital after they were injured. They have been identified as Gage D. Curry, 33, of Letts, and Nathan J. Hackett, 30, of Muscatine, as well as Jessica K. Weikert, 33.
The four people inside the side-by-side crashed with a deer, skidded into a ditch, and then rolled several times, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
As of right now, the accident is being investigated.
